About school: We have
created the Online Culinary School, to allow people to access quality culinary
education online. You will learn all the basics that are taught in a "bricks and
mortar" school at your own pace, no matter where you are in the world. This
video-based online cooking and culinary arts instruction includes a curriculum,
courses, videos lessons, quizzes, homework, and a certification of completion.
Our goals are to offer a wide range of culinary courses and give a valuable and
practical alternative to people who want to take culinary courses for personal
or professional reasons but who cannot attend them in a regular school because
of their location, schedule, or budget.
We are launching the school with cooking courses, but plan to recruit the cream
of the crop in culinary education to teach other subject matters such as
nutrition, world cuisine, wine education, etc.
