At Bon Vivant School of Cooking we offer you the creative opportunity to design your culinary experience at your own pace. Our cooking school offers convenient evening and Saturday classes, held in select private homes in the Seattle-Bellevue area, that are geared toward quality, continuity and the joy of people sharing fine cuisine. We present a diverse selection of both demonstration and hands-on classes.

Whether you are looking to us as a layperson wishing to enhance your cooking skills and expand your repertory or as a pre-professional, our school offers you the opportunity to design your culinary study to meet your objectives.

Our office keeps a record of your credits and the classes you have taken. When you see a particular class or course that you would like to take you simply register online, via email or by phone. We then deduct the appropriate number of credits from your total and send you a confirmation card and directions to class.

As an example, if you have a 12-class membership and enroll in the International Cuisine Course (9 classes/credits) we deduct 9 credits from your total. This leaves you with 3 credits to use on other classes of your choice. When you later sign up for a single-credit class, that credit is deducted from your total, leaving you with 2 credits, and so on.

Single demonstration classes (those not marked with a Hand symbol) are generally one credit unless otherwise specified. Hands-On classes are two credits.

Single Demonstration Class:              $39 (1 credit)
Single Hands-on Class:                      $78 (2 credits)
6 credit Mini Membership:                  $225 (save $9)
12 credit Full Membership:                 $375 (save $98)
20 credit Professional Membership:    $590 (save $190)
