About Our School

The Bisbee Cooking School was created by a professional chef who loves to teach. The school is for anyone who is interested in food and wine. Most classes require no previous cooking experience. We teach the basic techniques needed. Classes are held in a fully equiped home style kitchen preparing dishes that you can make yourself.

More Than a Class

The School also offers demonstration classes for private parties upon request. These offer a unique opportunity to watch the special techniques used in the preparation of fine food .

ARIZONA WINE COUNTRY

Cochise County, the home of Bisbee, is one of the two premiere wine making areas in Arizona. Wines of international distinction are produced here and we will introduce them to you in our classes.
