The Savory Spoon Cooking School is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and is a seasonal school open from June through October each year. The Savory Spoon Cooking School and Marketplace is located in Ellison Bay, Door County, Wisconsin. Often described as the most stunning location in the Midwest, Door County is known for its quaint villages, spectacular Lake Michigan shoreline, and relaxed atmosphere.

The Savory Spoon occupies the former village school house, built in 1879. This historic building was carefully restored in 2005 reclaiming itself as a local landmark. The former 2 room school is now equipped with state of the art equipment, tools and fixtures. The school features the latest in cooking and refrigeration equipment from Subzero/Wolf, and the finest in culinary tools and little appliances. The Marketplace also has the addition of the Schoolhouse Creamery, offering over 50 types of Wisconsin Artisan Cheeses.
