About school: Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts is accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Its Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts presents a comprehensive curriculum that includes laboratory sessions, academic preparation and hands-on experience. Students acquire professional knowledge of food, its preparation and handling and cooking from basic to advanced. The curriculum includes an internship to prepare students for entry-level positions in the food service industry.

- The Keiser University Center for Culinary Arts, Tallahassee and Melbourne Campuses, are accredited by the American Culinary Federation, Inc.
- Keiser University is a four-year college accredited by the Commission on Colleges (COC) of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award the Associate, Bachelor´s and Master's Degrees.

The
Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts program
has a
comprehensive curriculum that includes principles of food service
production, food service sanitation, nutrition, stock and sauces, American
regional cuisine, dining room management, introduction to baking & pastry,
storeroom operations, meat cutting, international cuisine, and French
cuisine.
The
Associate of Science
degree in Baking and Pastry Arts provides instruction in the art and science
of the baking profession. Students in this program will use a variety of
tools and equipment to produce items such as quick breads, yeast breads,
cakes, frozen desserts, centerpieces, candies, cookies and various pastries.
