For those in the wine trade, cellar owners or aspiring wine-makers, these courses are for you. Vertical vintage tastings, premium wine samplings. Go in depth on purchasing, cellaring, cataloguing. Courses on esters and ethers. Sessions on spirits, sakis, fortified wines and trappist/high gravity beers. |
