Raita cucumber and carrot

Ingredients:
- 1 / 2 grated carrot
- 1 / 2 cucumber
- 2 natural yoghurts
- some fresh coriander leaves
- salt
- 1 / 2 red onion, minced
Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, carrot, onion, cucumber peeled and cut into cubes
- Stir in chopped coriander
- Add salt and mix
- Chill 1 hour before serving the raita
Serve with raita byriani
